 FAQ Q: Why should I have "Blondie Clean" clean my house when I can do it myself? A: When Blondie cleans, you have more free time for activities which are more important to you; Blondie handles tasks that you just can't keep up with or cannot handle safely; having Blondie clean reduces your contact with cleaning chemicals and eliminates all of your stress or conflict about getting the cleaning done.
Q: What supplies do I need to provide? A: A vacuum
Q: Do you have gift certificates available? A: Yes! Visit the "Gift Certificates" section and send from anywhere in any amount!
Q: Can you give me an estimate without first seeing my home? A: Blondie will give BALLPARK estimates on line or over the phone. Because all homes are unique (and everyone's opinion of "clean" varies), the cost is based on factors such as, size, clutter, pets and your lifestyle. Send us an e-mail for a "ballpark" estimate. We will work with you.
Q: How shall I prepare before you arrive? A: We ask that you pick up clothing, toys and clutter.
Q: Can we customize your services list? A: Yes! Just tell us what you would like done and from there we give you a price.
Q: What if my cleaning day falls on a holiday? A: If your regularly scheduled cleaning day falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule. If YOU need to reschedule, we appreciate AS MUCH notice as possible.
Q: Do you offer carpet cleaning? A: No.
Q: How shall I pay for the service? A: Most of our clients leave the payment on the kitchen counter. Payment is due at the time of service.
Q: Is there anything your service does NOT do? A: Ladders, ironing and reptiles. Also, we require water service to be ON.
Q: What language(s) do you speak? A: English.
Q: Are you pet friendly? A: Absolutely!
Q: What shall I do about heirlooms, etc? A: Simply let us know about items we should not touch.
Q: Some individuals in my home have allergies. Can you use non-allergenic products? A: Of course! Just let us know!
Q: Do I need to be home when you come to clean? A: No. Actually, we prefer it that way. We have a routine and because of scheduling reasons, we like to stick to it. We can clean faster and with less confusion if you are not home. If you are home, that's fine too.......we just prefer that you are not in the same room we are trying to clean. |
